Dear God,
Though I know that You and I, and everyone, are One, it still comforts me to talk to You as though You were distinct. And in a way, You are, certainly. The comfort that I feel is evidence of the satisfaction of a need. Thank You for offering this satisfaction.
Be with us in this coming year. May all of us join with You in ever-increasing ways.
Thank You for granting the peace that passeth understanding in our lives and fortunes.
