Happiness

Dear God,

This is the day which You have made.  Let me rejoice and be glad in it.  I know that it is within my power to attract a good day.  And with the first rays of sun the pattern for my day is set.

May I create the reality, today, that appreciates what I have, even while asking for more good things. . . and thanking You for them when they arrive.  You care about my happiness.  Protect me from thinking, saying, or doing anything that will mar the joy of this day.

Your care extends to every little thing that happens today.  Thank You for extending that care to keeping my mind and heart elevated.

The day has been good, and as the sun sets, I know that Your will is that I blossom tomorrow, too.  Thank You that you care so much for Your children.
