Dear God,
Give me the grace and patience needed to make good decisions. Don’t let me lapse into conflict, conflict which can ruin my day. I would listen to the promptings that come from You. If you tell me to wait, I will wait. If you tell me to act, I will try my best to carry out Your wishes.
Don’t let me try to jump ahead, living the future before I get to it. Keep me in the present, and give me the presence of mind/heart to wait for a right Answer from you.
Be with me through thick and thin. I am not uncertain about the future, a cause for worry, because I know that You will be there for me, guiding me in decisions that make my heart sing.
