Dear God,

I have been very lethargic lately; I know I need more exercise.  Be with me as I seek to improve my energy level.  You know what I need; I don’t.  

When I am open to listening to You, in Your silence, guidance comes about any and every issue. I am depending on a continuance of Your clear guidance.
