Dear God,
I am very sleepy this morning, but I want to touch base with You despite my lethargy.
You are always with me, helping me. I feel this very clearly. I disagree with those who say that You don’t know about us because we are caught in illusion. You must find that idea humorous.
Be with me today. I’m not going to push. My body is calling for sleep, and I am going to listen. Thank You for helping me listen to what my self needs.
