Dear God,

I feel sleepy this morning.  You know that being sleepy lowers my affect, and I would like a good mood regardless.  There is no need to feel emotional pain about this.  You are still with me.

Knowing that You are with me, guiding my guardian angel, guiding me, is a blessing beyond description.  Thank You for all that You have given me.  Thank You for being You.

Amen.
