Pray without Ceasing

Dear God,

What does “pray without ceasing” really mean?  What am I being asked to do?  To say?  To experience?

I think our attitude toward You is the most important aspect of praying.  If we remain in positive and loving demeanor, then You are changing our minds to conform to true sanity.  And true sanity is what You most want for us.

Stand by me today as I seek to keep my emotions positive and loving.  Pick me up if I should fail.
