Dear God,
I need more fun in my life. I can choose to wear life heavily or in a lighthearted manner. I would choose lighthearted. You are in that way of experiencing Your world. Too much seriousness is always of the ego, and I would leave the ego behind, including the patterns of the ego that linger out of habit.
I enjoyed sports last night. While there is a lot of roughness to some sport, the play is a good diversion and distraction from the difficult issues of our everyday world. Channel my mind and heart into lightheartedness that hurts nobody and offers a glimpse into the happiness that You would have me experience.
I appreciate that You are teaching me how to live.
