Dear God,

I am a bit overwrought this morning, but my meditation helped.  My meditation always helps.  When I draw close to You and still my mind and heart, good things happen.

The best thing that happened was that my upset feelings rescinded.  You are not the Author of my upset feelings; they are just part of being human.  Knowing this helps me to recoup.
