I had anxious moments, half awake, before I got up this morning. Nobody can think clearly when half awake, especially, I find, not I. I relaxed and let go—several times—and the worried thoughts and feelings left me.
Now all is calm, and I am about to embark on a peaceful day. Surely there was some reason for my angst. My next step is to ask You what that reason was.
Then the difficulty will pass, not to return again. Thank You for the surety I have that this is the way that You heal us—thoughts from the subconscious come up for healing, and then, when released, all is well once again.
Be with me today. I appreciate that You will clue me as to what was happening. Thank You.
