Dear God,
Mold me into magnanimity. I was slighted recently in what someone said, and it bugs me. I choose to be big enough to realize that I don’t know all the facts, that in back of the slight might have been great pain. Probably was.
Be with me as I seek to enlarge my soul to rejoice in the successes of other people. Help me not to begrudge what is actually an innocuous slight.
