Dear God,

Please put my mind at ease.  I sometimes wonder if I say the right thing when I am talking to someone who is hurting, counseling someone.  I hope that the good intention is enough, though I do know that good intentions are never enough.

Please calm me down.  What’s said is said, and I can’t take it back.  But I can pray that my words will be well-received, not harmful.  And I do pray for this, now and always.

I write prayers, mostly first thing in the morning, to get the day started out right. I intend this blog to encourage others to respond with their own.
